AI can now generate full features, refactor entire codebases, and translate plain language into working prototypes. Tools like Cursor, Claude Code, and GitHub Copilot have collapsed the gap between idea and implementation. What once required a team of engineers can now be produced with a few prompts.
But even as AI accelerates the “building” side of technology, another truth has become undeniable. AI can generate function, but it cannot create intention. It cannot understand human nuance, emotional clarity, or the delicate balance between usefulness and delight.
